HAT-FLEX INCORPORATION
The group has passed international certifications such as APIQ1, 17J, and 15S, and is responsible for drafting two national industry standards for flexible composite pipes for land use and flexible composite pipes for underground use, and has obtained over 40 national patents.
In 2012, the Group undertook the national "12th Five-Year Plan 863 Science and Technology Project" - Deep-sea Dynamic Riser key technology research, and successfully passed the acceptance. In 2018, the "High-performance Flexible Pipe Research and Industrial Application Project" developed by the Group was appraised by the China Petroleum Engineering Construction Association for scientific and technological achievements, and it was unanimously agreed that the overall technical level of the achievement reached the domestic leading level, among which the flexible pipes for downhole and offshore application reached the international advanced level; at the same time, the project also won the 2018 Special Award for Scientific and Technological Progress in Petroleum Engineering Construction.

Our Products
HAT-FLEX's Flexible pipe products have good acid resistance, inorganic salt resistance, corrosion resistance, no scaling, and a service life 2-3 times that of seamless steel pipes. A single pipe can be up to 3,000 meters long. It is quick to install, low cost, safe and environmentally friendly, and does not pollute the environment.
Dynamic Riser ans Static Flexible PIpe
Marine flexible pipes can be divided into dynamic applications and static applications. Dynamic applications: mainly used to connect floating production equipment and submarine terminals, including risers and jumper pipes. Static applications: mainly used for submarine oil, gas production, water injection pipelines and expansion bends.
LNG Cryogenic Flexible Pipe
LNG hoses typically consist of multiple unbonded polymer film and woven fabric layers encapsulated between two stainless steel wire spirals, one inner and one outer. Essentially, the film layers provide a fluid-tight barrier to the conveyed product and the mechanical strength of the hose comes from the woven fabric layers. The number and arrangement of multiple polymer film and woven fabric layers depends on the size and application of the hose.
High Barrier Tube Series
It has good resistance to H2S and CO2, smooth inner wall, good wear resistance, fast conveying flow rate, flame retardant and anti-static, no open flame operation, safe and fast construction, and high safety factor.
