Dynamic Riser ans Static Flexible PIpe

Main Application :Product features Marine flexible pipes can be divided into dynamic applications and static applications Dynamic: Mainly used to connect floating production equipment and submarine terminals, including risers and jumper pipes. Static: Mainly used in submarine oil, gas production, water injection pipelines and expansion bends.

Features : It has good resistance to internal pressure, external pressure, fatigue and impact, and is corrosion-resistant. It can effectively prevent the erosion of the pipe body by marine microorganisms. It is light and flexible and can be supplied in very long coiled pipes. It has very obvious advantages in offshore mining environments.

Parameters :

Dynamic riser: inner diameter 3 inches ~ 26 inches / -45℃ -130"C / 0-100MPa / 3000 meters water depth / maximum single length 2000 meters.

Static pipeline: inner diameter 3 inches ~ 26 inches / -45C-130″C / 0-100MPa / 3000 meters water depth / maximum single length 3200 meters.

Product Structure

Inner layer: Extruded from PE or other modified polymer materials.

Middle layer: A reinforcement layer made of polyester fiber, steel wire or other high-strength materials.

Outer layer: Extruded from modified polymer.

Main use: Mainly used in the transportation of hydrogen, natural gas, carbon dioxide and coal-bed methane in gas fields. Product features: Good resistance to H2S and CO2, smooth inner wall, good wear resistance, fast transportation flow rate; flame retardant and antistatic, no open flame operation, safe and fast construction, high safety factor, etc. Transportation temperature range: -40℃ to 90℃ Working pressure range: ≤32MPa Implementation standard: SY/T6662.2-2020API 15S 

LNG Cryogenic Flexible Pipe

Main Application :The newly developed cryogenic LNG hose is mainly used for transporting liquefied natural gas at ultra-low temperatures.

Product Description : LNG hoses are typically composed of multiple unbonded polymer film and woven fabric layers encapsulated between two stainless steel wire spirals, one inner and one outer. Essentially, the film layers provide a fluid-tight barrier to the conveyed product and the mechanical strength of the hose comes from the woven fabric layers. The number and arrangement of multiple polymer film and woven fabric layers depends on the size and application of the hose.
